Frequently Asked Questions

For day tours and transfers, 48 hours is usually enough. For multi-day safaris, school groups and anything over the December–January or Easter peaks, book several weeks ahead — accommodation inside and around the reserves fills early.
Day tours and transfers are payable before travel by EFT. Multi-day packages usually take a deposit to confirm with the balance due before departure. Corporate and trade clients can apply for account facilities with agreed payment terms.
Yes — a significant part of our business is ground handling for inbound operators. We work on nett rates with trade partners and can provide our full trade rate sheet and operating terms on request.
We do it regularly. Delegate shuttles, airport meet-and-greet desks, spouse programmes, gala transport and multi-vehicle fleets with an on-site coordinator. Send us the programme and we will quote the whole logistics package.
It varies by product, because reserve and accommodation suppliers set their own terms. Your written quote states the applicable cancellation terms in full before you pay anything.
